Business-to-business moves are weekend-and-overnight work. The closer the move can be planned around the business’s natural downtime — Friday close to Monday open — the less downtime cost. H2H runs commercial moves with full crews on weekends and overnight windows. We don’t charge weekend premiums; the quote is the quote.

Three Stages of a Commercial Move

Stage 1: pre-move planning, 4–8 weeks ahead — H2H walks both spaces with the office manager and IT lead, maps the furniture and equipment inventory, identifies any specialty items (server racks, A/V equipment, lab gear). Stage 2: move weekend — disconnect Friday evening, load + transit Friday night through Saturday, unload + place Saturday into Sunday. Stage 3: post-move follow-through — Monday morning we’re available for any reset issues, IT can verify connectivity, and any forgotten items can dispatch same-week.

H2H sequences the load so server racks, network equipment, and primary workstations move first — that way IT can rack and cable before the rest of the office furniture lands. We coordinate with your IT vendor or internal IT lead on every move; we don’t guess at cable runs or rack positioning.
