1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://h2hmovingflorida.com and the moving services provided by Happy 2 Help Moving ("Happy 2 Help," "we," "us"). By using this site or booking a move, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who we are

Happy 2 Help Moving is a Florida moving company headquartered in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida 32081. Owner: Devin Vangel. Phone (904) 209-9277. We are licensed and insured for moves in Florida and are subject to Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) mover-registration regulations.

3. Services

We provide residential, commercial, senior, packing, labor-only, junk-removal, and long-distance moving services. We service St. Johns County, the Jacksonville metropolitan area, and surrounding Northeast Florida (First Coast) communities. Specific scope, pricing, and service area for your move are in your written quote.

4. Quotes and contracts

Our quotes are good-faith estimates based on the information you provide. The binding agreement for your move is the written Bill of Lading or moving contract you sign on or before move day. Quotes may be revised before that signature if scope changes.

5. Deposits, payment, and cancellation

  • Booking deposits are required to hold a date.
  • Deposits are refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled move; non-refundable inside 72 hours.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept major credit cards, ACH transfer, certified check, and cash.

6. What we will not move

By federal regulation we cannot transport hazardous materials (propane, gasoline, paint thinner, ammunition, etc.), live plants on long-distance moves, pets, perishable food, or controlled substances. See our FAQ for the full list.

7. Liability and claims

We carry general liability and cargo insurance on every move. Standard coverage is included; full-value replacement coverage is available for an additional premium on long-distance moves. Any claim for loss or damage must be filed in writing within 9 months of delivery, consistent with the federal Carmack Amendment standard for interstate household-goods carriers.

8. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate access information (stairs, elevators, parking).
  • Secure required parking permits and Certificates of Insurance unless we have agreed in writing to file them on your behalf.
  • Be present (or designate an authorized adult) at pickup and delivery.
  • Disclose specialty items (pianos, safes, hot tubs) before move day.

9. Website use

The content on https://h2hmovingflorida.com is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the site without our written permission. Trademarks, logos, are the property of Happy 2 Help Moving.

10. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Service-page descriptions are illustrative; the binding scope is the signed contract for your specific move.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim arising from website use is limited to $100. For moving-services claims, our liability is governed by the Bill of Lading, applicable Florida law (including FDACS mover-registration regulations), and applicable federal law (including the Carmack Amendment for interstate moves).

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in St. Johns County, Florida under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration award shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in the state or federal courts of St. Johns County, Florida. Consumer complaints about Florida household-goods movers may also be filed with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS).

13. Class-action waiver

You and Happy 2 Help agree that any dispute will be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
